A lightweight bike makes all the difference. The Frog 40 kids bike is a 14” wheel kids bike with a lightweight alloy frame and fork and child friendly components. Designed for fast riding on or off the road the Frog 40 comes with hybrid tyres on the smooth rolling 14” wheels.
The all-aluminium frame makes for lightweight and nimble handling that’s fun to ride. Child friendly features like soft handlebar grips and easy reach brakes offer a more comfortable and enjoyable ride that’ll keep them in the saddle for longer.
Another common mistake is to purchase a budget bike but these models are often as heavy as the child and leads to tears and frustration at not being able to cycle. Our lightweight bikes are a great confidence booster and can also be used as a balance bike for a taller child by removing the pedals.
